IF this plays out as the prosecutors want it to, there will clearly be a new tell-all book (ghostwritten, of course)-- and maybe even another reality TV show-- coming.
After reading about the guy in Orange County who is paying for a plush (by prison standards) private jail cell in which to pass his brief incarceration, I'm pretty sure Paris could get through the 45 days-- it's the 90 days of no drinking that might be a bigger problem.
[Note: Bonus points for whoever can come up with the most juvenile crack about Paris Hilton and the "penal system".]
