Janitors at NBC Universal Fighting for Health Care, Decent Wages

Janitors at NBC Studios, Burbank and Universal City Walk, have launched a campaign to win health care and decent wages. The janitors currently make at or close to minimum wage and, with no benefits, report sometimes having to make the impossible choice between putting food on the table, paying the rent, and taking a sick dhild to the doctor. They've also started a blog to publicize their issues: www.pickingupafterthepeacock.blogspot.com The blog comes complete with pictures from yesterday's huge march at Universal City Walk.
