If You're Buying the Drugs, Splurge And Buy The Train Ticket As Well

Leif Garrett got nabbed at the Metro Redline station at Pershing Square for (a) not having a ticket and (b) having heroin. It went down last Saturday around 6PM. Mr. Garrett's had a bit of trouble with the drugs and was on probation, so he's being held without bail. Also, on Dec 20, a bench warrant was issued for "an unspecified reason".
Oh, but the Metro is so tempting. How often do they check tickets, right? We've all grown panicked as the ticket machines keep belching back our bills and the train is pulling into the station. A matter of seconds. A roll of dice.
